Shared flats

We have an extensive selection of apartments, located in different areas of Barcelona in safe neighbourhoods, close to public transports. All apartments are fully furnished with shared equipped kitchen, washing machine, rooms include TV and Internet broadband. Our students can choose between single or twin rooms.

Apartment Avila Street, near Villa Olimpica

This apartment is located in Poble Nou, two blocks away from Llacuna and Bogatell metro stations and 5 minutes walk from Villa Olimpica beach. Being so close to metro and bicycle stations, this location gives easy transportation opportunities.

There is a supermarket next to the apartment and the Glories shopping mall is just 10 minutes away. One of the cleanest beaches of central Barcelona, the Villa Olimpica provides better fun and quality for the student life. The apartment has been recently maintained with central heating, parquet, shared equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave, bathroom and newly furnished with modern furniture. All bedrooms are fully furnished including TV and Internet broadband.

Apartment Tarrent st.

Being in the most central location, this apartment is perfectly connected with all possible public transports. With just 2 minutes walk from bus, metro and bicycle stations, this location highly eases the life of the student. There is a big trade center Diagonal Mar and supermarkets next to the apartment.

The apartment has been recently refurnished with shared equipped kitchen,
washing machine and microwave, bathroom and modern furniture. All bedrooms
are fully furnished including Internet broadband.

Apartment Diputación street

This extra modern apartment is perfectly furnished to meet all needs of the students. It is located 5 minutes walk from Rocafort and Urgell metro stations and 2 minutes walk from bicycle stations. While being very close to supermarkets, this apartment is surrounded with nice restaurants and cafes. With its amazing interior, it has a fully equipped kitchen, central heating, washing machine and microwave. All rooms are furnished with extra modern furniture and include individual TVs and broadband Internet connection.

Apartment Caspe street

This extra modern apartment is perfectly furnished to meet all needs of the students. It is located 3 minutes walk from Arc de Triomf metro station and 2 minutes walk from bicycle stations. While being very close to supermarkets, this apartment is surrounded with nice restaurants and cafes. It has a fully equipped kitchen, central heating, washing machine and microwave. All rooms are furnished with extra modern furniture and include individual TVs and broadband Internet connection.

Important notice

For all apartments, it is needed to be charged as extra costs:

• Extra expenses in case of doing a contract: 150-300 Euros.
• Refundable deposit is the one month price of the room selected.

We also provide rooms for short time of stay if demanded.

Rates for short stay (less than 13 weeks for minimum of 2 weeks)

• single room - 120-140 Euros per week.
• double room - 95-110 Euros per week.
