Step by step
1. COURSE SELECTIONBy using the website or sending a mail to "info@spaininn.com" the students select a course they like. To select a course by using the website, student can go and examine the Top Programs section. And by mail, the student can demand information from Spain Inn group for more details and the list of available courses.
2. ADMISSION
A. Once the course selected, the student mentions his interest regarding the course and demands an application form to start the admission process.
B. After receiving the application form, student fills it correctly. (The education degree must be filled completely and correctly; i.e. "Business Administration and Economics"). And the form shall be sent back to Spain Inn via mail.
* Scholarship Grant
Some of our programs have special grants for international students (i.e. EU citizens or emerging market representatives etc.). In order to receive this grant the student must fill the application form; write a letter of intent (a maximum 500 words of Essay explaining why the applicant wants to participate in the international course); add his/her CV and send them to Spain Inn.
C. When all required documents are received and examined by Spain Inn, an English interview is arranged with the student to test his/her English level. A student having an official certificate of English (minimum scores required: TOEFL: 75 - IELTS: 6.5) is exempt from an interview.
D. After a successful interview, a mail of acceptance is sent to the student, and an Invoice of Study is issued regarding the payment of the chosen program. An Admission letter (the confirmation from the University about your admittance) is issued and sent as well.
* In case of deciding to stay in one of the student apartments of Spain Inn, another Invoice is issued regarding the payment of accommodation.
E. After receiving the invoice, the student is supposed to pay the amount instructed in the invoice to continue his/her process into next step.
3. VISA APPLICATION
A. After the first successful payment, an Invitation Letter is sent. The Invitation Letter is one of the compulsory documents to obtain a student visa which proves the student's purpose of attempt for visa.
* The student must note that another compulsory document for visa application is the proof of accommodation which describes the open address of the student that he/she will stay during the study. Spain Inn Group also offers a wide range of apartments with reasonable prices.
B. Student should prepare his/her required documents for visa around 3-4 months before the program starts, since the visa process is expected to last 7 to 12 weeks. And the student applies for visa individually, in the Spanish Embassy.
